When in doubt, go back to the basics! This class is designed to target they've lower body, specifically, the glutes. Clients complete a combination of isolated movements and large dynamic movements that are designed to tone, lift, and tighten. Be ready to work and feel the burn!

LB Hard Core ABS

This class focuses on the muscles that everyone wants, Abs. This class features intense and controlled abdominal exercises designed to create and define a strong core within you. This class is the perfect compliment to any other LB Workout.

Total Body Sculpt

This class is a low impact Total Body workout that will help sculpt the body you want and lose weight. Using light weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises. This class is for beginners and advanced clients to use as a compliment to any LB workout.
