All Sessions last for 45 minutes. Working exclusively with a trainer offers an interactive and personalized, one-on-one experience. Lindsay creates individually designed workout programs for each of her clients that can include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and weight management to achieve your desired fitness goals. Clients have the option to purchase single training sessions, as well as, personal training packages.
